The Ultimate Lucid Dream

Some years ago I came across this book about lucid dream supplements. It is probably the only book there is that explains in detail how to take advantage of these natural, non-prescription and healthy supplements that will boost your LD's into something you didn't think was possible.
It's the final step to the ultimate lucid dream.

The book is named "The Power of Supplements", written by Thomas Yuschak.
Even though I'm not an experienced lucid dreamer, I recommend this book to everyone. This is not for the beginner, but hell it's interesting just to get a small glance of how extremely real and vivid a lucid dream can be with the right tools and knowledge.

and again this would have been a topic for "lucid aids" and there is already a thread to this.

interesting side fact i recently been told: the guy who wrote this book had about 100 LDs and tried LDing for a year and you didnt hear that much from him because he disappeared from public life...

when you are an intermediate lucid dreamer and know what you are doing and use supplements in a elaborate way they for sure may have their right to exist but to use them like candy and the "american" way: some uppers here then some downers there and what the heck a little bit of this to sleep better... like some people here do is just not healthy and messes you up sooner or later...

supplements might be a enhancer or katalysator but not "the technique" to induce lucid dreams.

now i ranted a little around... sorry for that... everyone should do what he thinks is the best for him

btw i still would consider to read the book some time.

Na he seemed to dissapear after he wrote the book and it's more or less impossible to reach out to him.

But don't judge the book until you have read it. The book is exactly what people who're using supplements needs to read. He's describing every little tiny detail about every supplements, when you should take it, why you shud take it or why you shoudln't take it. That's the thing. And this book is for no rookies, probably not for the intermediate ld dreamer either, but those who want dig even deeper with the help of supplements - used in a controlled manner.
