      LD on Alias?

      Hi there. I donīt watch this TV show (Alias), but my cousin was visiting and started watching it so I got stuck doing the same, when all of a sudden it got pretty interesting, cause it seemed the women on the show had some memory problems or her memory was erased or who knows, but the point is, they started inducing her lucid dreaming so she would be able to go into her subconcious and rember whatever she had to remember. So to be, this became an excelent oportunity to start talking to my cousin about lucid dreaming to a point where I would not be the "crazy" one. Has anyone seen this episode?, I donīt watch this show. But It had its good point, I started teaching my cousin about lucids!

      I haven't seen it but is it possible to explore your subconcious in your dreams even if you are lucid? I thought if someone had good control in a lucid dream they were pretty much concious and wouldn't know what to look for?

      Nah, this is what I find so interesting: Your Consciousness is active, but most everything around you is being created by your subconscious, not your consciousness. You can impose your consciousness on your surroundings and change them if you Wish to do so, but you can also just be yourself, and let your subconscious make up the world around you.
      The good part about this, is that all of the dream characters that you talk to, all of the signs, books (if you can read them), voices, or anything outside of your own conscious perspective that you interact with, has a direct link to your subconscious mind, and can involuntarily present information to you that you didn't even consciously realize you had. 8)
