      FILD Complete Guide?

      Hey, I've been trying FILD for a couple days but I'm really making it up as I go along. Do any of you guys know of a complete guide to FILD that I can find here? And if its really simple, please leave a comment saying how to do it. I mainly need toes the TIME to do it

      -Have a pre-lucid [X]
      -Have a REAL lucid [X]
      -Stabilise a dream [X]

      Current Goal
      -Reach layer 4 lucidity [_]

      Future goals
      -Fly
      -Talk to a DC
      -Teleport
      -Do Telekinesis
      -Talk to my subconscious
      -Lucid dream at least 3 times a week for 3 months in a row
      -Morph the dreamscape
      -Change colours of dreamscape
      -Shapeshift

      in the end it is practice. more words wont help you i think you need to start to get a feeling of you falling asleep so you know when to start to fild. when you do it to early you are to awake and you wont transit. when you do it to late... well you dont do it and fall asleep unconciously. try to observe your mind and your thoughts. you will notice changes before falling asleep nail down HOW YOU change when falling asleep then you will know when to fild.
