Lucid Dreaming and how to master it in 30 seconds

Lucid Dreaming (and how to master it in 30 seconds)

      Read ahead for TLDR.
How would you like it to be able to go to sleep, and master lucid dreaming in one night? How would you like to live multiple lifetimes lucidly in mere seconds?
A study done at the University of Michigan has recently shown you may be able to do just that. In the study, they took EEGS in rats going through cardiac arrest. After the heart stopped beating, there was a surge in brain activity which lasted for 30 seconds. It has been theorized that in that time, the rats went into a higher state of consciousness in which they could theoretically live forever in a dream like state, thus explaining near death experiences. But Miner, it's just thirty seconds! How could they possibly live so long in such a short time period? Time is completely subjective. To put it in words we could understand, let's say you are in a coma. During this coma there is no conscious brain activity. When you're awakened, it seems as if no time went by at all! See what I'm getting at? So let's say you speed up your conscious instead of slowing it down. 1 second could go by and feel like a year. Obviously, inducing cardiac arrest is a bit extreme, but what if you could "die" without dying, the same way you could watch an intense movie and get the adrenaline rush the character would get without moving. Your brain has a hard time distinguishing between reality and imagination, so if a movie could fool it, why not a lucid dream, the ultimate virtual reality? Let's say you become lucid, have a "heart attack" in this dream, and possibly induce the state of higher consciousness observed in rats? You could theoretically live lifetimes during this period of sped up conscious. And assuming your lucidity carried on, you would have "years" to practice stabilization and dream control, eventually, perhaps in only a few of our seconds, one could master lucid dreaming, and have all the time in the world to accomplish their goals. This is of course, very theoretical, and possibly dangerous. Once awoken, one may become depressed and disoriented.

TLR; Your brain has a hard time distinguishing between reality and fantasy. Having a lucid heart attack may induce a state of higher conscious in which you would live lifetimes in a few seconds.
