Hello everybody!
First, I'm sorry for any grammar mistakes but I'm not an english speaker. Second, I have a question and maybe someone would try to help me!
For few years from time to time I experience two kinds of lucid dreaming but one of them always makes me unsure cause it doesn't seem to look like other people's LD.

First one is easy to describe and pretty obvious. My consciousness is back in the middle of a dream, the world is already created, same with characters. Then I am able to add things to the story line and it's going smooth.
The second kind is more difficult to explain. I woke up but stay in bed, most of the time get paralysed, sometimes feel the feel of falling down... And then I "woke up" immediately in my room (always in my room), in my bed. I need to get up if I want any action. My mind is VERY conscious and everything feel VERY real (it's hard to explain but it feels so much different and more real than when I wake up in the middle of a dream). After that I can try to spend time but it's always really hard to do anything cause I can't change the environment. So most of the time I try to call for someone specific cause nothing interesting is happening (I'm just standing in the middle of my room and eventually can go to other rooms of my flat, they look like in real life too). So I scream for like two minutes and then sometimes finally some energy comes (It's never the person I called for, I just feel some random presence) but when I try to change the figure's apperance from nothing to something it's always ugly and distorted often scary. Those figures are not very talkactive, it's hard to make a conversation especially because they are always pretty rude.

Sometimes I wonder maybe it's not LD but some kind of OOBE and these forms are some spirits that answer my calls and then try to trick me? I read a lot about OOBE but never had one (I guess). Now probably the most important thing: I don't see myself on the bed that I get up from... But beside that imo many things match more the OOBE theory than LD. At the end I also want to add that when I sleep in my parents house I "woke up" in my parents house and not in my flat...

Any opinions? I would love to hear them! Thank you. x
