- Present state of consciousness.( ETWOLD exercise)
- Mindfullness
- Dream Recall
It's nearly time for me to go to bed, so I'm going to try it before sleep. I won't be able to do a WBTB because I'm sleeping in my girlfriends, so I don't want to disturb her.
