Is my body adapt to new sleep time? Becouse now its can be a problem for me to do lucid dream, i had my all lucids when i go sleep in about 02:00 and wake up for wbtb 08:00 09:00.
And when u do wbtb after 5 6 hours, do u calculate that time to trying to fall asleep? becouse im if i go sleep for about 22:00 i do my clock on 5 becouse i know i start sleep after hour or two.

Your REM cycle is probably going to change when you change your sleep schedule, but it should even out once you get used to it. The only difference is that instead of getting into REM sleep around 8:00 or 9:00 you start REM sleep around 5:00. The actual cycles themselves (when you dream) don't become any more or less frequent. Did you just change this recently? If you just started going to bed earlier a week or so ago then I'd suggest giving it another week or two to see if it continues. If this has been going on for a while then it may be something outside of sleep.

Your sleep schedule is affected by light during the day. Normally when you go to bed it's night time and has been dark for at least some time, so your body is prepared for sleep (hence why it's bad to stare at screens right before bed). Chances are going to bed at an earlier time caused some sort of change in this part of your sleep cycle (technically your circadian rhythm) and your body is still getting used to it. Any recall you lost should return after time as long as you keep your dream journal and pay some attention to your recall .
