Ripping my Teeth Out (Going through change)

I haven't posted on this forum for YEARS!,(first posted here when i was 15, now i am 17)
last time i posted here i said something interesting about lucid dreams and how i ask people in my lucid dreams to tell me about past memories that i have forgotten (Essentially talking to my subconscious self)

But recently for the past week i have been having not the same dream but i have been doing the same thing in these dreams
Sometimes i am lucid and sometimes i am unaware but i keep doing this thing how my mouth is uncontrollably clenching, and my top teeth are pressing and grinding against my bottom row of teeth like they are trying to rip them out

now when i am lucid and this is happening i question myself "Why am i continuing to dream this? am i actually physically doing this right now as i am sleeping and thats why i'm dreaming this?"

and when i dream this my teeth always become loose, but when i wake up i'm glad that i had not actually done it in my sleep

Lucid or not lucid the same thing always happens,

Now i have looked up this on dream meanings and it says ruffly that i am going through a change or i am losing someone or something

Now i have recently (sorta like 1 year ago) left my home town that i grew up in with all my friends, now i have kept well in touch with these people and even gone back to visit a few times, and every-time i go back i feel more sad like it is slipping away from me
and i think right now is where i'm finally letting go and putting it behind me.

Another thing is that i want to make a song for a Girl that lives there, because i don't want to just fade away from her naturally, i want to give her something meaningful like a song so she never forgets me.
but im going to write it but i want to have one of my friends sing it (because i cant sing) i have some connections in the music biz to a pretty cool dude i have known for years, and he agreed to do it right, but it's TAKING SO LONG TO DO,

i wanted to get the song finished ages ago but its still in the making, so maybe the dream meaning how it says "Fear of losing someone" is that i am afraid of me and her losing touch before i get this done, because i want to give her this song before we lose touch,

So i'm guessing it's either one of the two reasons right, but the last thing im going to say here is, Yes there is dream meaning on people "Losing teeth" "Teeth falling out"

But nowwhere have i seen any dream meanings on "Forcing teeth out" Like i am indeed doing in my dreams, i am forcing my teeth out with my own teeth

Perhaps in does not change the meaning, but puts a spin on it, I dont know,

I am personally not a big fan of this dream meaning generalization like all the dream books and "flawless" dream sign explanations. Everyone is different and think that the things that appear in dreams might have much more complex roots. You have to think about what does it mean to you, how do you feel when you imagine this and somehow analyze it according to your current life.
Welcome back to the forums by the way ^^
