      dild hard wild easy

      I have only ever had 1 dild ever. When i am dreaming, i am always so caught up in the dream that I never seem to do reality check or anything. It feels impossible for me to spontaneously become lucid. I would love to learn how to do a DILD, yet I doubt I will ever be able to and am wondering if i should stick to WILD.

      Can anyone suggest me here or aid me in right direction? Thanks for your time.

      Think about what is in your dreams that is causing you to be caught up in them. Be as specific as you can and learn to associate those specific things with dreaming just like you associate the transition into the dream with dreaming.
