Nice going, congratz! Maybe you had the subconscious idea/fear/intention of waking up which made you wake up for real. Just the thought of you maybe waking up can sometimes trigger it to really happen. Try focusing on your dream body and take in all the stimulus from the dream world, so you'll ground yourself to that body and to that world. Also try rubbing your hands together and spin in a circle. Getting down on your knees and crawling around is effective too ( at least in my experience, it's kinda silly, though ) |
