First of all let's make a reality check

Today this thought came into my awareness..i wanna share with you

To make things more fun and put them into perspective, and improve the odds at night, a reality check can be a good start

I mean, if one is having a problem, first of all one should know one's reality. Because if it is a dream, one can relax, and if its is not a dream at least it could have been ( at least the possibility was entertained)

And if one is really awake, but the possibility of dreaming was considered, i think one will automatically have a more relaxed and lighthearted approach to deal with the problem

Because, who knows, if despite being awake one is not seing the problem from a less than real point of view ? When can we be sure our problem is not really a creation of ours ? At least, in principle, we are always co-creators of our mindset and reality

This habit might translate into a useful habit of reconsidering and dettaching a little bit from our unhelpful certainties and fixations and though distortions.

So, first of all, i think it's a good habit whenever one faces a problem or challenge or a strong emotion to ask oneself: how am i dreaming this ? Is this completely real or is it more of an assumption ?

That i feel must be close to what they call lucid living

But this is just a thought

If the problem stil is there, and you realize that it's not a lucid dream that you found yourself in. Then you could just lay down on the spot and start dreaming yourself away from the problem..

Hehe jk, no but I like the way you think nonetheless!

But this is just a thought
Or is it..? Reality check now!
      You are not your thoughts...
