Hey, |
|
oh, comeone can none offer help of any sorts? |

The two problems you mention are the most common issues lucid dreamers have with any WILD induction technique. A WILD is particularly difficult to induce as the conditions, both biological and psychological, need to be just right. From what you mention, you've only tried a handful of times, and in fairness, even experienced lucid dreamers will struggle to induce a WILD with any consistency unless they have ensured the conditions are correct. |

Im talking about FILD, not WILD... |
|
That's no problem Hunter, the endless acronyms of lucid dreaming can be confusing. |
|
Why not try the Cycle Adjustment Technique since Daniel Love here invented it |

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
FILD is a type of DEILD (latter can be also described as WILD but the differences between classical WILD and DEILD are big enough to warrant a separate category). So, first I would recommend to read an article on DEILDing. |

Alright thank you all for your input, I ll read up on DEILDing first and we will see how it goes. |
