Recently I've read that using technology such as phones and computer screens can decrease the quality of sleep and dreams. This would obviously make it harder to become lucid. Has anyone on these forums noticed that turning their phone off and just not using technology for say an hour before bed has a positive effect on lucid dreaming and dreams in general. The reason I ask this is that basically every night I watch YouTube and check dream views for usually and hour or more, and I'm wondering if this could be lessening my chance of getting lucid. |
