      can flying wake u up?

I love flying and this morning I tried doing it n it was amazing. Then a sudden thought made me land asap. Can it wake u up or can someone fly with no worries? I already know u must anchor urself n these stuff n say it like a mantra that this dream exists bcz of u so b calm, but I'd be glad to know if there's a way u won't wake urself up due to the adrenaline rush. Thanks.

Normally one don't wake up because of flying. As you said when getting negative or insecure feelings this can lead to fail or to waking up.
With time you will learn how to modulate your feelings so even if something don't work or you get really excited you won't wake up from it.
My best advice for you ist just to not worry about because when you think you will wake up for whatever reason you will!

You'll get used to it after a few dreams. It might wake you at the beginning of practicing flight cause of the excitement though.
If you feel like it, please take a look at my YouTube channel:

Before you fall asleep, think something like: this is my dream and I can do anything I want. I wake up only when I want to. Believing that you can have a long lucid is a big part of having long lucids.

Everytime you read what someone else said about waking up, please remember that we are all different. Worst thing you can do is to think that you will wake up because some wake up when doing this or that.

Trust me that's the best thing I can do n I even tell myself to remember my lucid dreams n I really remember them.
Yes all are different. A guy said he was not good at SSILD n was perfect at FILD. But I killed myself n couldn't try FILD and surprisingly I got great results the same night from senses initiated ld
