      Can't sleep - mind is too focused on lucid dreams

      I have a total LD count of..... 0. lol
      Anyway, whenever I try to go to sleep, I can't get the topic of lucid dreaming off my mind, and it keeps me awake for a while. Whenever I get my mind off the topic, it comes right back to me...
      Anyone have an idea of how to get the topic off my mind? (or any topic in general, really).
