In truth, Mahshid, you don't need RC's to become lucid at all. During a dream, they are tools to be used to confirm that you are dreaming, meaning that you must already be lucid before you do a RC in a dream. Contrary to popular internet myth, RC's really don't make you lucid; they merely confirm it.
RC's don't even come into the picture when doing WILD/DEILD, so even if you can't accept that RC's don't make you lucid, you can be confident that you can still become lucid through WILD/DEILD without any RC's (as, I think, you've already noted in your OP).
All that said, RC's real value is in building your lucid mindset during the day. If you can find a way to sneak some RC's into your day, you will likely be better off for it.

...my normal dreams are so crazy and silly. When I attempt to write them down I really dunno how to explain them.Does anyone know how to do it?
Regarding this, I think Martakartus already nailed it... just write down what you dreamed, regardless of how crazy and random it all seems. I also recommend that you try your best to find some time to do your journaling, because a DJ is both an important facet of developing your LD'ing skills and a great record to look back on in the years to come.
