I saw the 61-point relaxation and thought it was too hard to memorize, so I made my own version called the 27-point relaxation technique.

It starts at the left part of the diagram, at the head. You go down and up the arm to the pectoral, go down your torso to your leg and back up to your navel, down and up your other leg to your other pectoral, down and up the other arm, and end at the other side of the head.
NOTE: It only works in theory. I need people to test this out when WILDing or just meditating or relaxing and tell me how I can improve it. I did little research and this is a very rough draft. Thanks!
