I personally just think that as long as you are relaxed after, you should be good. I usually relax starting from my hands to shoulders, feet to hips, stomach chest, shoulders, face, head. I cut it up into a lot of pieces, but it makes me feel quite relaxed and "forget" my body so that I can concentrate on whatever I want. |
