iv had several sleep paralysis episodes. i get the shadow guy in the corner, no noise and he doesnt get closer. last night it happened again and i finally got movement back and sat up. after a about 30 secs i laid back down and it immediatly started to come on again so i rolled over. this happened 5 or 6 times and came on so fast i almost lost movement again every time. that has never happened to me before. Anyone have any imput, i would appreciate it
