Question Feeling vibrations immediately after becoming Lucid and I'm punished if I HOLD on (I'm confused)

I have had about 5 Lucid dreams in which the second I become Lucid I feel a viberating feeling all around what feels like my real body. Everytime this has happened I have let go of my lucidity because the viberations get more intense the longer I try to hold onto the dream. So the 3rd time this happened I decided to just hold on to the dream for as long as possible or until the vibs stoped. I held on for about 10 seconds before the craziest thing happened. After 10 seconds I started to just.....well I orgasmed...After this, I let go of the dream immediatly and I can confirm it happened in real life.

So my question is (if there is an answer) how do I overcome these vibrations and also wtf caused me to orgasm randomly in the span of 10 seconds? Also, has anyone else had this randomly happen to them

Don't sweat it if your as confused as I am!

If I experience vibrations, I usually wait for them to go away until they do. Most of the time they do, but sometimes they don't, at which point I give up to and try to get on with the dream. I've never had an orgasm due to these vibrations.

Online, there are advertisements for vibrators that are designed to cause orgasms. Maybe vibrations and orgasms go hand-in-hand if the vibrations are strong enough.

To overcome the vibrations, you have to take your mind off of them somehow. Focus on something else in the dream while waiting for the vibrations to go away. If a reality check fails, you are free leave your bed. You could try to walk around, but your body will probably be very heavy and vibrating. Fortunately, if it is difficult to walk, you can still move your body using your thoughts as a sort of remote control. You can imagine your body floating and flying around until it does, or you could imagine sinking into the ground where there is a void or a new dream scene. If it is a void, you could imagine a new dream scene until one appears.

If all else fails, see the vibrations as a sign you are close to or in a dream, and focus on something else in the dream until your mind is off of the vibrations so that they go away.

Thank you! I will make sure to do that next time it happens.

I often get these vibrations that I call energy waves. They can be strong at times and other times they are weak. They only last a few seconds and I simply ride them out, but sometimes they are so strong that they wake me. But if I ride out a strong one, I know I will have a very vivid and long lucid dream.
