Technique for LONG lucid dream via sleep deprivation

      Hello everyone,

I have LD from my 13 years old, and since that time I have it almost every night. After all that time, I begin to experiment and I must say most of theories which I read or which I personally constructed simply fall in water, after some time, so in some way I am in the beginning, specially at the point and question of consciousness.

Nevertheless, I always wished to explore and to find objectivity of statement that sleep deprivation is bad. There is more then 20 attempts which give me more then 2 hours (subjective speaking), although LD in most cases cannot be pushed more then 30 minutes. There are trick of course for prolong this period, I managed to have sleep inside sleep and inside sleep, but there is a strange technique which is almost every time successful.

I must be out of bed more then 24h, but in any cases dont use redbull or something stupid. Sometimes I use coffie, but I not take it too much. After I succeed in staying awake (and soon I felt this nice strange feeling inside my head, which is something like pushing my scull from inside, telling me that I am very tired), I go to my bed, and turn on my ALARM to wake me about 3 - 4 hours from that time. When alarm goes on, I am so sleepy that I cannot barely hold my head up. I turn off my alarm, lay on my back, close my eyes and directly start to count from 1 to 7 (sometimes 10). When I reach about 7, I open my eyes from 1 seconds and then close them again. After 10 minutes (sometimes more sometimes less), I get inside my sleep, but this time DREAM are 10x more real, experience is harder to break, and of course it last so much longer. There is NO problem for flying, and teleport AT ALL and I can stare in one point without loosing the vision. When I reach blackness in that period, blackness is so much more alive and full of energy and in that time I even pretty much cured my DIABETES (A type), just moving my imaginary hands and simply massage the point where my pancreas were.

If someone have experience on using the sleep deprivation and going to LD after 3-4 hours of sleep? After so much years, now I managed to enter a dream directly without WILDing nor anything, and to use NREM for brilliant adventures of consciousness (even for years I thought that nREM is simple waste of time), but I didnt put too much attention on this issue?
