I don't see why there'd be an issue with it. All depends though. If new to lucid dreaming, you may want to pick one method at a time to focus on and chisel your technique before jumping from method to method. However, I personally have mixed different methods in one night, such as the WBTB and WILD technique which very much go hand in hand. I have also used the MILD in association with WBTB. As long as you're not simply giving up on one and moving to the next due to strained patience, then it should be all well and good. |

Absolutely! I'd even go as far as to recommend it. You can practice DILD throughout the day, then use MILD/auto-suggestion as you go to sleep and then WBTB at night to WILD. If you wake up from you LD, you can even attempt to extend it with a DEILD! Feel free to mix and match as you'd like, as long as it makes sense somehow. |

For sure. In fact, I think that's the way to do it most times. You'll find a method that really works for you (for me it's MILD - and I would have NEVER thought that would be the case when I started). Lucid dreaming isn't an exact science, you'll probably have the most success if you keep an open mind to all the techniques and experiment |
