      Lightbulb RC Method - Drawing on your hands

      Here's a method - draw "check" and "Awake?" on your hands and do RCs every time you see them.

      Thats a good idea...i have a single beep that gies off every 30mins....i realise that not much weird things happen in my life so reapity checking properly means i would only rc once a day maybe.
      I just litrally use my totem/reality check which is my finger tattoos because everytime ov checked them in a dream they are always different somehow.i think if i do this as much as possible every 30mims then it will become not just a habit in my waking life but dream life aswel...thats my goal atm...doing this with plus meditating everyday should work but only time will tell =)
