convinced induced lucid dream technique CILD 1. convince you subconscious and conscious completely 100% that you will have a lucid dream step 2. Expect it to happen step 3. if you have any doubt get rid of it and redo first step because doubt resets step one
Its simple but not easy basically you convince your mind completely that you will a lucid dream so your minds like ok its gotta happen will go lucid tonight its difficult to do but if you can do it it will work
do this technique from when you wake to when you fall asleep everytime i did the technique correctly it worked for me
