with neuroplasticity, nothing is permanent. The brain needs constant or semi-constant reinforcement to continue doing something a certain way. In other words: don't worry! |

So I recently tried using a trance induction method to induce a lucid dream. Yet I can't get this feeling out that I feel like I have done something irreversible I am not sure if hypnotizing is the same thing as a trance. But with hypnotizing once it happens you can reverse whatever you have done. With a trance does it just stick with you and not go away? Or is it like a one time thing. I just get this feeling that I have made a change to my brain and I can't change it back. I know I sound a little irrational I just don't like the thought of it. |
