      Obe4u lucid technique

      Hey guys, I needed some help understanding the obe4u technique. I don't get the step 3, what is exactly the meaning of separation from the body, but they say to move the perceived body and not the physical muscles, I'm a little confused, can anyone please help me with the steps ��
