      my lucidity has waivered

      yo

i'm well expeirienced in controlling my dreams, and having oobe's..
however lately my dreams have been seemingly short, and i can't become fully lucid.

has this happened to anyone and got any tips?

      thanks

i dunno maybe i'm just in a slump..
dream time is infinitely longer than a waking second. which reality bares more importance?

hey. Your not a shlump. Just get more sleep and do not stress out. If you have to write you dreams down. Just take easy and everything will fall back to normal.

I have readabout this before. You are spending more time concentrating on your dreams then rejuvinating your body. Get some sleep to refresh, take a sleeping pill to put you in a deeper sleep so you can have a full nights sleep. Good luck!!

Oddly, I found that I had more LDs the worse sleep I had. Probably bad in the long term, but still..

Yeah, just try something different. If you think you're in a rut, you won't get out of it by doing the same thing over again.

Hmm depends. If you listen to something like Tchaikovsky or Mahler, you wont get much sleep Better to listen to something in a major key that's not to emotive. Beethoven's Pastoral symphony or something.

Classical is good, not necessarily orchestral. Since I play the piano, I prefer to listen to piano music, and it's as relaxing as anything.

Some of the BEST relaxing yet beautiful piano pieces:
      Brahms - Intermezzo in A, op.118, no.2
Liszt - Consolation #3, Un Sospiro
Mendelssohn - "Songs without Words". (Listen to a few of them, they're all good. Some just aren't "relaxing" )
Debussy - Claire de Lune, Reverie, Arabesque #1

And, just about any version of the Canon in D is good!

I think I have plenty more, but I'll leave it at that for now.
