Thread: Visiting the site of a recent dream..

Sorry if this one's not posted in the right place ('m kinda new to this!)

I was visiting a friend recently in the town where she lives with her son. I'd only ever been there once before and even then I walked from one end of the main street to the other and that was it.

We were walking further around the town and came to the end of this road. Opposite the end of the road was a house I instantly recognised. It wasn't deja vu, I clearly remember dreaming about it. It was a Georgian house with a porch at the front. In my dream, I explained to my friend, I was in the house and it was owned by a family. Somehow they didn't know I was there so I was trying to leave through the front door. As I came out of the house (in my dream) I turned right and there was a hill which I climbed and looked down over the town. Where I was standing was a large grassy area with a wall around some of it.

As I was explaining my dream to my friend I turned to show her where the hill was and, indeed, there was a hill in reality!

The next morning I went to investigate the scene on my own. I went to the house which is now the offices of a local newspaper. I drover round to where I thought the hill was and there was a small grassy area with a wall around some of it overlooking the whole town. I sat in my car and happened to look round when I noticed a man who 'happened' to be wearing the same sweater I was wearing that day! He also reminded me of someone and it wasn't till later that I had the suspicion I'd dreamt about him once too, but in another dream..

The strange thing is (if it could've got any stranger!) was that all this happened at the height of an eclipse some weeks ago.. It was eerily dark as the moon had partially covered the sun!

If anyone can suggest where I might look to untangle this veritable web of intrigue - be sure to let me know!
