      Desperatly need some help!

Hi there, I'm from the UK and have got a bit of a problem...

For about a year I wake up each morning having rememberd my dreams, random images etc.

It makes me feel anxious, stressed and depressed. It's something with the brain activity that continues over night, and really is messing my head up.

I know this about recollection as a positive step but does anyone know anything about stoppinf them for a more relaxing sleep? What the causes are? Effects etc.

There is a suspicion that it could be to do with coming off Anti-Depressents too quickly.

      Thanks,

      Brit.

      Welcome to DV, Brit

Now, do you feel anxious/stressed/depressed during the process of recalling your dreams or is that just how you feel when you wake up? In your dreams are there often images that stress you out, such as being chased or or watching something bad happen? Have you been sleeping lighter than usual? How long has this been taking place?

I've never been on anti-depressants personally, but as with any drug that can affect a person's state of mind, coming off of them could be a cause. Just don't stress out over it too much and give it time.
