Sorry for my questions posts. I promise I will try to make this my last as asking questions can get quite annoying for you guys. My first question was that if you require 5-6 hours of sleep before your REM period (which has the most vivid dreams,therefore the most likely time period for your LD's to happen) and you need it to do various induction techniques (WILD,HILD,etc..)how can you have an effective WILD before a nap?

Also, would it be possible to have a DILD during your first 5-6 hours of sleep?
