Interesting question. Maybe you should experiment?
I often find that my present physical conditions do effect my dreams. I dream I am in pain when I really am, for instance. However, there does seem to be distinctions. Headaches don't have this effect, other kinds of pain do. The general rule with me seems to be that the conditions you went to bed in don't effect your dreams, but changes to them in the meantime do.
I can't remember a dream where my temperature effected it. When I'm too hot or cold, I tend to have greater difficulty going to sleep, but once I am asleep I don't seem to notice it any more. Perhaps if someone put a heat blanket over me when I was already sleeping I would notice and the dream would change?
