Well I don't know about techniques, but I do have a few pointers on getting to sleep.
- Try not to drink any soda or eat anything sugary remotely before bed.
- (Not insinuating anything) But having any kind of sex before bed can ruin your sleep. This is a killer for me
- Don't use the computer or watch TV for a half-hour before you go to bed.
- Eat foods like chocolate ice-cream before bed, these'll put you to sleep good.
