That probably wasn't a dream. It sounds like you were in a hypnogogic state. |

So, I woke up around 8 this morning and decided to try the WBTB kind of...I mostly just wanted more sleep. I dosed off again trying to daydream lucidly and soon I woke up perfectly still and realized I couldn't move. Sweet, I was in sleep paralysis! I could see and feel my blankets very vividly but the room was completely dark (missed dream sign). Soon I was watching a movie (i don't have a tv in my room!) and listening to some good music (alarm clock?). I can't remember the song, damn, but soon I began to move around the bed...like my whole body moved around the bed in circles. Felt like someone was doing telekinesis with my frozen body. I could feel the covers and see my legs and everything while I slid around. I began to not be able to breath very well and soon I was waking up. It ended suddenly. Coolest dream I have had I would say! My most vivid to date. |

Cheis. Dailo.
It's tough to bring someone back that never really lived.
Considering the fact that you were watching a movie even though you don't have a TV in your room shows it wasn't an OOBE, whether you believe in them or not. So yeah, it was probably a dream mixed with SP or something... |
