      Dream Time

I was reading ETWOLD and I remember a part that said time in dreams is like time in movies, where it will be 6 am, and then you close your eyes (in the dream) and look at a clock and it will be 9 pm. And this got me thinking, it could go from 6 am to 9 pm in a matter of seconds, cool. But could you make it go from Jan. 1 2001, to Jan. 1 3001. You could go like thousands of years into the future. So basically I wanted to know if anyone was aware of any limits o dream time and how long your longest dream was.

Time in the dream world is merely perceptual. You may believe an hour has passed by, but that is all it is. A belief. Going into the future is not a problem. Actually a lot of my dreams are in the future (but present day in the dream). I think my longest dream session was a few hours, but who knows how long that really was. The physical length of time is of no importance. So basically the only limit to dream time is yourself.
