      sleep paralysis caused by fear

      HI everyone
I have studied the effects of sleep paralysis.I believe someway fear is related to sleep paralysis.I suffered from sleep paralysis for many years. In the beginning i beleived it was assioated with alien abductions.I beleive nightmares may cause sleep paralysis. The fear in nightmares triggers night paralysis.I have demostrated this while being awake. When i am awake and i imagien something that would scare me or create fear in my mind,it triggers the effects of sleep paralysis straight away.I invite anyone who suffers from sleep paralysis to try this to see if it works for them. The early effects of sleep paralysis comes from the top of the head and sends a tingle effect slowly over your body.Once the tingeling reachs your feet the second effect of sleep paralysis begins. This second effect paralysis your whole body with a stronger tingling effect. If you have the streagth to move your arms or legs during this paralysis only slightly it will instintly stop the whole sleep paralysis effect.

Perhaps if you relaxed more when falling asleep, it would allieviate this somewhat. I would say that concentrating on this fear worsens the frequency of this type of occurance. Living in constant fear of this is probably what causes it. You could also turn this into something constructive. This state is ideal for WILDing.
