      remember dreams

MILD seems most effective when you wake up from a dream. Perform MILD and go back to sleep.

Every dream contains some elements that awake enable you to say that was dream. (Otherwise you would just think it was a memory).

You don't need a recurring DS for MILD. You just need to wake up from a vivid dream, do MILD and go back to sleep.

LaBerge suggests that you practice dream recall until you can remember at least 1 dream every night before you start trying MILD.
