      Hypnosis?

First, i realize this has been posted before.

Ok, so i have been doing many tecniques to attempt to get lucid. I searched google for tecniques and ran across a lucid dream hypnosis file at www.remotehypnosis.com . I was wondering if anyone has used this file with sucess. If you have used it with sucess, how long did it take? what were the drawbacks? Thanks in advance.

Actually, any will power directed in any particular direction will have a positive suggestive effect.

For instance, if you read an article in a magazine which set forth the proposition that jumping upon one leg a half an hour before sleep would promote Lucid Dreaming, and if you were to then take up the routine of one-legged jumping before bed, there would be enough positive suggestion to improve one's Lucid Dreaming.

      No will power is lost.

But people DO spend a lot of money that they could otherwise save.

An Old Guru taught me that you only need to multiply Will Power by Time. You can spend time exerting your Will to Lucid Dream with frankly anything, and you will get roughly equal results.

Save your money and simply think of doing whatever you think might be helpful, and do it for some time in the morning and some time at night.

      Hello Remus92.

I agree with Leo Volont, there is no need in buying a cd or package from someone when all you need is will power.

I believe you can link anything with your subconscious, it is true that when people buy Nicotine gum they expect something to happen and they look forward to it. It’s the craving for the outcome that is entwined with our subconscious.

I've used the track, and though I haven't WILDed yet, I feel it got me a lot closer than without it. It helps one get through all the phases of WILD, and instructs you what to do all the way. Because he's talking to you, thinking is no longer a problem. I say it's worth a thumbs up
