      REM and snoring

      Ok i had a small look around for stuff on this but i'm new so please cut me some slack if i repeated this.

      I heard that if you're in the REM stage of sleep,you wont be snoring?Is this true or total...untruthfullness

      I may be wrong, but I don't think REM has any effect on you snoring or not.
