How many hours a day do you sleep?

It seems getting 10-12+ hours a day of sleep is why I get several lucid dreams almost every day. This is how many hours on an average day. Not days when you are sick or weekends.

i try to get 6-8 on the weekdays. spring break starts tomarrow and i plan on getting a good 10-12 once i'm done with work.

no partying for little jakey.

10-12 hours, the problem is I go to bed real late and end up sleeping until 11:50 :/ Good thing I'm homeschooled, woohoo!

Humans... or rather Americans typically sleep all at once. I do not.

I wake up at 6, and then again at 6:30. I take a shower, do my hair (its a bitch) and get to school hopefully around 8:00.

I do the school thing and am done around 2:30. I try to go straight to bed before i even think about homework, that way i have a clear, level, productive head and work ethic (cuts down on homework time actually). I typically sleep from around 3 or 4 to around 6 or 6:30.

I typically count sleep all together... so 3 hours in the day, 6 hours in the night makes 9. But typically its around eight i'd say.

it's stilllll not enough. I wish school was at night.

I usually sleep a lot.
Tonight I slept for 12 hours and saw 7 dreams. 2 were lucid, one was dreaming of getting WILD.

I would like to get 8-10 hours every night but it is more like 6-8. I work at the butt-crack-of-dawn and I hate to go to bed early! Funny thing is I love to sleep... Don't know why I insist on staying up late.

As "they" like to say... I'll get enough sleep when i'm dead!
