So, this isn't 100% dream related, but I still need help. |

Tell me, Courtney, do you have a cell phone? Typically you can adjust the volume of the alarm on your phone, and you might be able to adjust it so it doesn't wake the rest of the family up. To test the volume, leave your phone in your room, then go into each of the bedrooms and call your cell phone. That will tell you how loud or soft it needs to be. |

I have the same problem as you, typically I drink water. Lately I have been... Cutting down, and sometimes it does not wake me up. A little while ago I drank some where between 3-4 jars of water. I woke up feeling like I had been kicked in the stomach, back, and most unfortunately the nads (dont think that effects you). INFACT, I was in so much pain I couldnt sleep for the rest of the night. This has happened a couple of times when drinking lots of water, so be careful. |

You could use your alarm anyway, and just say it was an accident. |

You could cover your alarm up in something to muffle the noise a little. |
