That’s a good question JDream, in my opinion training yourself to pick up on the small things in a dream is much better than a RC. Having used RC’s often I also think that they are a good way to induce Lucidity. |

I had my first LD today out of an RC, which led to the question - why? Why do you only RC sometimes and become lucid, and not others? Have any of you been able to train your mind to the point where pretty much any time something bizarre happens in your dreams, you notice and become lucid? |

I'm finding more and more the RCs are simply verification of what I already suspect. That's not always the case, but increasingly often. |

I use RC's to verify that I am dreaming. Sometimes it all seems so real and I want to jump out of the window.... |
