That's the opposite problem I had when I first tried a WILD yesterday. I made it a ways into the relaxation stage, I was starting to see pretty vivid patters, etc. But I couldn't get any more relaxed than that! My only suggestion, if I am qualified in any way to give one from my failed attempt, is to use breathing techniques to slow your pulse. Once I started transition coming on, I got so hyped up that I got fully awake, and ended up just losing an hour of sleep. Good luck! |
