So, for the past couple of days I've been listening to the last track of the CD that came with Stephen Laberge's book Lucid Dreaming before I go to sleep for the past couple of days, and it's a relaxation thing. I live with my grandma and 5 cousins, all of whom just happen to be loud and annoying when I'm going to bed (my cousins, not my grandma). Anyways when I listen to the track, I have to turn the volume up a ways so I don't hear the majority of what the kids are doing. But as I listen to the track, it always seems that they get louder and it gets softer. Not by much, but enough to get my attention and sort of distract my mind. Is that normal? It get's you ready for becoming lucid and is constantly trying to get you to be aware of everything and of your own awareness, but as I seem to be getting more aware of the annoying yells and screams of the kids. Any suggestions for me? |

can't you go to bed after them? Or is that not possible? |

'all of the moments that already passed/
try to go back and make them last.'
have you tried explaining to them. They might understand; even if they don't they might at least work with you a little bit. |
