Do you think cleary when LDing

      Hi

I'm pretty sure that I have had two lucid dreams before but that was when i was about 6 or 7 years old and im 16 now.

Anyway i can't quite remember if, although you are conscious while lucid dreaming, do you still think cleary like you would if you was awake?

Also as I am a beginner at controling LDing what would you guys suggest me doing in my dreams first? e.g flying or ninja skills?

Thanks in advance for the replies

Hey there, You can feel very Lucid ( pardon the pun) in lucid dreams, or you can feel a bit fuzzy. It really depends on how lucid you are. Lucid Dreams realy do work on a spectrum; you can feel wicked fuzzy and keep lossings your lucidity, or you can feel more clearly then you have ever felt in your life. So, I suggest you try a WILD if you want extream clarity.

As for what to do, I suggest you explore. Just see what your mind has made, and just be in awe that it is all you. Your body is no more yours then the dirt your tanding on, or the music you hear, It is all the same.

So far for me it's been un clear. I am usually very stupid in my dreams and think very directly. In real life, my mind wanders and I think about things that have nothing to do with my setting. Not in my dream.

I usually think less logically than in a real life and I try things I would never do in a real life.

But sometimes I realise that my thinking is so pure logic..and that's what usually wakes me up from my lucid dream.

Depends on what you are dreaming about. If you dream about getting somewhere ...
ehm tomorrow I was lost in Oslo's subway and I used my brain more than in a real situation. I didn't panic that much..and found my way after some time. But it was pretty frustrating anyway.

      ------------
I was always asking me if other people think in they dreams. I heard many people tell me their "silly" dreams without any logic or anything. But I HAVE to think while dreaming. It does not work without. At least the idea "what the hell I'm dreaming about" is there in my head?

      Anyone elses comments?

You can think and feel more clearer than you ever have in your life. Furthermore problem solving is a breeze.

UMJ: that's true (about that solving problems). I always get many resolutions while experimenting with LDs (living an alternative live...reviewing my day...taking decisions for the future).

Why is that that in my dreams I come up with other resolutions I would have never thought of in the real life? Is it because I'm more open to fail (ehm..it's more like...failing is not that important as you can "load your game") or is it something else?
