Hello and welcome to the memory thread
Today is my first sober day in.......probably 5 years.
I'm 18, and I've been a pothead since 13.
Today I am finally giving up the weed, and the alcohol,
because dreaming is more important
to me that sedatives. For now.
Other than giving up two substances that TOTALLY screw up my memory,
what are some other suggestions you guys can give on
improving memory?
I meditate,
should I take any sort of supplement? My friend was trying to tell me about this crazy OMEGA complex stuff,
but It sounded way tooo crazy to even trust . .

I barely ever recall dreams,
but when I do they are absolutely
brilliant,
I seem to dream wilder than my imagination,
and I WANT TO REMEMBER!
If only I could remember,
then maybe I'd become self-aware again.
