Your sig says that you've only had one LD. How much experience with this technique does that entitle you to? o_O |

Ok well this is a method that i have sort of developed, i always used to suck at lucid dreaming, however this method made it much easier. |

well yes and no, i have had about 12 times where i realized that i was in a dream because of this technique, but only once was i able to actually control it, plus they only lasted a few seconds so technically, i have only really had one lucid. anyway, that is a problem on my part that i can't seem to keep lucid dreams once i get them, however i can guarantee you this trick works |

Well, actually, a lucid is where you know it's a dream. So technically, you had 12 lucids already |

And being lucid does not necessarily mean control.... |

control makes it worthwhile. there is no better feeling than controlling your own mind. |

sounds like it might be worth a try. |

I like that method...not a fan of the suggestion of school though. I mean, what if technique does indeed induce a dream about school and I somehow forget to make sure I'm dreaming. That means I'm stuck back in school for another few hours! Haha. |

Something like that happened to me last night. My hair was past my shoulders until I shaved my head yesterday. In my dream last night I still had long hair, and I looked at it and thought, "No, that's wrong, I don't have hair anymore." That got me lucid. |
