Hello to all, (Woot first post, sorry if is is not in the right place...)

What tech. do you recomend that a beginner use to induce a lucid state of mind? I have seemed to use a WILD/WBTB approach to some degree of success, having a total of 2 LDs over a period of 5 days. I don't get up in a hurry most mornings, I tend to awaken, roll over, and go back to sleep for a half hour. I will do this 2 or 3 times a morning. It was durring these hour long periods that both my LDs occourd. Would you recomend that I try following one of the MILD, WILD, or WBTB methods alone, or continue to use my hybrid method?
