      Superdreams

      Hope it got your attention
Usually I experiment with taking supplements before going to sleep.
      Tonight's experiment produced extraordinary results.

I took 3 mg melatonin, 50 mg vitamin B6, 150 mg St. John's wort 30 min before going to sleep and 1g valerian root 40 min after going to sleep.

What I saw was the longest, most vivid and story driven dreams ever. They were epics. I had a great degree of nonlucid freedom (I acted in my dreams, but I thought It's reality).

First dream was pretty short, it was dark and scary.

I remember only last part of second dream, but It was cool enough. I drove a car backwards, saw Serinath and was attacked by "sharkclaws"

Third dream was "western" style, but I have trouble putting it into words.

Last dream was absolutely amazing. It was an epic with 4 episodes. It was all connected and extremely vivid/story driven.

      I'll post them later.

Long before I've done this experiment, I knew something similar may happen, but I"ve never expected anything on this scale. It certainly didnt seem as "normal dreams".
Another thing - these dreams were very easy to recall. First and Last dreams I remember every little detail. Middle 2 I recalled even tho I forgoted them upon awakening. Still huge amount of details...

WOW, I've mixed melatonin and B6, but never thrown in those others.
Are you going to repeat this experiment and keep up posted?
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

That sounds very interesting, I went to the farmacy yesterday and they didn't have any melatonin . I'll try another today...If I get results I can gradually add all the other stuff...

P.S. You should mix that all together and sell that as the "Magic Super Dream" formula over the internet, you'd get a bunch of cash
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

Why did you take the Valarian root if you were already able to sleep?
In my case I am either wired or tired. I cannot find a happy medium.
(By the way- that Fucus factor I have been taking has produced more prolific dreams. But. there is always a but. I have not had a LD since I have been taking it. (12 days).

I took valerian root because I took only 3 mg melatonin.
For the past 2 weeks I've been taking 6mg melatonin every night, and I guess it might have caused resistance/tolerance.

I will take same coctail tonight and keep you informed

ev, do you have a knowledge of chemicals? i've always been told that it's dangerous to mix chemicals... you might make something that really isn't healthy for the body or mind one of these days. otherwise, nice work! we always need a test bunny!
      clear eyes. strong hands.

St john's wort is a herbal supplement that is used to treat depression and sleep disorders. It affects dreams in a good way as well. It's supposed to have something to do with serotonin levels as well.

Mixing chemicals is bad, I admit to it. But this dream was absolutely amazing. In this dream I acted myself. Every desicion was made by me, but I thought It was reality.
