Not sure if this qualifies or not, but a friend and myself devised an experiment concerning computers in LD.

(This was inspired by a group of Russian LDers who worked on the premise that a lucid dream and a computer program were very similar. They had some interesting ideas up their collective neck, and had successfully tried computer structure to experiment in LD, finding a very successful technique for the "dream-within-a-dream", applying computer worm principles).

Basically my friend and I decided to try to "conjure up" a PC in LD, in which we would find and open "personal files" in this way: My Computer>Self Importance>Greed/Sloth/Despondency etc etc..

...and then delete those "negative" files.


My friend did better than me. She managed to image the PC, open the files and delete one only before she lost her attention and subsequently the dream.

I managed to image the computer, find some files, but I lost the dream before I could delete anything.

We never tried again.. but I can't think why..? Anyway...
