I think you need to take a breath and relax. I think that part of your problem, is that you were already under the impression that having a lucid dream would be frightening, just as you did with LSD. With a more optimistic attitude, I don't think you'd have this problem. Also, make yourself relax....excercize, meditate, drink a warm glass of milk before day, or a bit of green tea. Just put your mind at ease, and be confident that you will have a good experience. |
